Manage a portfolio of construction ERP customers as their primary advisor. Drive adoption, business outcomes, retention, and expansion through success plans, business reviews, stakeholder engagement, health-data analysis, and proactive risk mitigation. Coordinate escalations and solutions with Renewals, Support, Product, Sales, and Professional Services. Translate customer feedback into product improvements while using AI-enabled tools to prioritize opportunities and risks.

Manage and collect overdue customer receivables, resolve billing disputes, post and reconcile payments, review aging reports, and prepare collection forecasts and delinquency reports. The role partners with sales and billing teams to clarify outstanding balances, reduce aged receivables, and support accurate cash-flow forecasting.

Lead consultative discovery and solution design for complex ERP sales opportunities in the construction sector. Develop tailored software demonstrations, translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions, and engage senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing on proposals, feasibility, and strategy. Provide market insight, create reusable demonstration frameworks, mentor colleagues, and use AI-enabled tools to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
