High-volume, hybrid recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding frontline janitorial candidates across MA/NH/RI. Manage full-cycle recruiting, background and drug-screen paperwork, job fairs, candidate communications, reporting, and hiring-center operations while collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment teams.

Manage global legal entity matters, administer Board and committee activities, support SEC reporting and disclosure processes, and maintain governance and securities compliance. Coordinate with outside counsel and corporate service providers, draft corporate documents, support equity administration, and lead legal operations and process improvements in a confidential environment.

Supervise and lead janitorial and porter staff at assigned locations, ensuring quality service, safety, schedule adherence, training on cleaning protocols and equipment, client liaison responsibilities, and occasional hands-on coverage or emergency response.

Lead a janitorial operations team (~25 staff) at a Class A commercial property. Manage client relationships, schedules, quality inspections, safety compliance, staffing, training, financials, reporting, and performance management to meet service standards and identify revenue opportunities.

Supervise custodial staff on a designated account/shift at public schools; manage schedules, coverage, lunches/breaks, and staffing levels. Perform coaching, discipline, safety and quality audits, basic admin/payroll/attendance tasks, maintain shift reports, liaise with clients and account managers, and patrol sites by walking/driving to ensure productivity and compliance.
