Manages multiple healthcare, life science, and core-and-shell construction projects from bidding through closeout. Oversees project staff, schedules, budgets, quality, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, invoices, change orders, reporting, client payments, and final documentation. Builds relationships with owners, architects, engineers, tenants, and project teams while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, regulatory compliance, and timely completion.

Manage enterprise construction client relationships and account development while supporting delivery of complex A/E/C projects. Responsibilities include maintaining account plans, attending client and milestone meetings, establishing margin and reporting strategies, identifying project risks, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability goals, and fostering effective team culture. The role requires approximately two U.S. trips monthly plus occasional multiday conferences.

Supports senior project leadership on commercial tenant improvement construction projects. Coordinates architects, engineers, subcontractor manpower, and materials; processes submittals and RFIs; assists with scheduling, cost control, document tracking, quality reviews, punch listing, and project closeout. Also supports project audits, new-hire technology training, safety management, and contract document administration.

Manage commercial tenant improvement projects from planning through closeout, overseeing staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, documentation, invoices, change orders, estimates, procurement, and final payments. The role is accountable for project quality, client satisfaction, profitability, stakeholder relationships, reporting accuracy, and timely completion of construction activities and closeout requirements.

Supports project managers and superintendents during an operations rotation and assists senior team members with estimating duties. Participates in safety initiatives, professional development programs, and other assigned tasks. Requires construction or engineering education, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to read drawings and specifications, and ideally 0–2 years of industry experience. Familiarity with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC is a plus.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of recruiting requisitions from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, and support construction and subcontractor-related hiring. Maintain strong candidate communication, track recruiting progress through data and reporting, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team.
