Own a strategic territory and drive enterprise new-logo acquisition from prospecting through closing. Build C-level relationships, execute account-based campaigns with Marketing, close $250K+ deals, develop recurring revenue, manage CRM pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to expand accounts. The role is remote and includes occasional travel of up to 30% for client meetings and industry events.

Manage relationships with high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, order resolution, onboarding, product adoption, and revenue growth. Monitor customer health, risks, satisfaction, and performance metrics; coordinate internal teams to resolve priority issues and support integrations, releases, and upsell opportunities. Partner with account managers, sales, technology, marketing, quality assurance, and customer experience teams to execute account strategies and maintain strong customer relationships.
