Klaviyo has appointed Surabhi Gupta as its new chief technology officer. The company provides businesses with solutions for building stronger digital relationships with customers. Its SaaS platform leverages first-party data to help companies engage with customers via email, SMS and push notifications.
Gupta most recently served as SVP and head of engineering at Robinhood, where she managed the company’s transition to a public entity. She also held a lead engineering role at Airbnb’s Homes business.
In her role as CTO, Surabhi Gupta will focus on leveraging her expertise in data and engineering to add more value to Klaviyo’s offerings. She is joining at a time when Klaviyo is fueling international expansion and furthering the development and deployment of AI-powered products.
