Marketing Services Company Klaviyo Hires Chief Product Officer

Formerly a Klaviyo customer, Adil Wali joins the team to help enhance its platform’s customer experience.

Klaviyo, a marketing services provider headquartered in Boston, announced the appointment of its new chief product officer. Adil Wali will take on the role to help Klaviyo enhance its data and marketing automation offerings.

The company works to help business customers drive measurable outcomes by capturing, storing, analyzing and predictively using first-party data. Its SaaS solution integrates with more than 350 tools, enabling businesses to reach customers through email, SMS and push notifications at optimal times.

Prior to joining Klaviyo, Wali was the head of product for Meta FinTech. In this role, he oversaw all of Meta’s payments operations. He has also founded several companies of his own, many of which were in the commerce sector. Additionally, Wali was formerly a customer of Klaviyo himself.

At Klaviyo, Wali will help the company provide more capabilities to its business customers and partners at a faster pace. The company’s goal is to help businesses design better experiences and build strong digital relationships with their customers.
