Proud all year long: This summer, Built In spoke with Emily Fisher, an HR business partner at MineralTree, about the company’s plans for Pride Month. In addition to detailing the events calendar, Fisher also dove into the benefits offered by MineralTree and its parent company, Global Payments.

Parental advice: In addition to generous parental leave, BlueConic also offers more informal support to new parents. Alexa Buchta, director of revenue operations, said the company’s “#bluecrewrents” Slack channel was an invaluable resource as she prepared for maternity leave.
“It was so helpful to get support as I prepared for a major life change and it has been an invaluable resource for questions about product recommendations or how to prepare for our first road trip with a baby,” said Buchta. “Becoming a parent and transitioning back to work can be difficult and at times the balance can be daunting, but knowing people are navigating it right alongside you is comforting.”

ERGs in action: This past September, Anduril’s employee resource group held an event at its headquarters in Costa Mesa, California, celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month.
