We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Our vision is bold – to build a national care coordination network that allows providers to put patients at the center of their care.
Job Description:
We are actively hiring a full-time Head of Product to own our product and drive its development. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team you will balance the needs of multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure PatientPing continues to operate at the bleeding edge of our industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating incredible user experiences for enterprise customers operating in highly complex business environments.
What You Will Do:
• Own end-to-end responsibility for our current and future product
• Work closely with Engineering, Growth, Operations, and a variety of external stakeholders to
rapidly iterate on the current product, create amazing experiences for our users which also means valuable solutions for our enterprise buyers as measured by key growth and engagement metrics
• Create achievable roadmaps and work with Engineering to deliver against them
• Establish a design framework to guide our products and collateral
• Monitor and measure launched products and incorporate learnings
• Active member of leadership team contributing to company strategy
• Build and manage Product team
What You Need:
• BA/BS Degree
• 3+ years of product management experience at a leadership level in a fast-paced organiza-
tion
• Track record of building and shipping product
• Intensely curious and analytical with demonstrated ability to build products in complex busi-
ness environments
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus. If no healthcare experience, will need to demonstrate
interest and passion for building products in the healthcare industry
• Experience with platform businesses and network effects a plus
• Experience with enterprise SaaS businesses that have consumer-like user experiences a plus
• Exceptional communicator who can “sell” across teams to build alignment
• Experience interacting with C-level executives to understand their needs and build an inno-
vative product that the market will respond to
• Highly accountable; takes ownership and drives sense of urgency
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and communication skills
