The Role:

We are seeking a commercially strategic product leader to evolve our world-renowned email testing apps to an enterprise class email creative platform. As VP of Product you will interface with executives, customers and analysts; track important competitive/market trends to shape our vision; and then build to that plan. Through data-driven research and analytics, you will help build the framework for existing and future product development, owning the entire product life cycle from conception to launch and adoption.

A business visionary with an insatiable curiosity, you also know how to get work done in a fast-paced, engineering team. Above all, you understand the importance of working as a collaborative, cross-functional group to deliver the right product to the right market in a time sensitive and efficient manner.

You will work directly with the CTO while interfacing extensively with our customer-facing and engineering teams. You will continue to build out and lead a high performing product management team and be comfortable managing across disciplines, offices, and locations. Your extensive experience includes years of leadership, developing and executing a vision for products that clearly met and exceeded their business goals.

Job Description: What would I do at Litmus?

  • Coordinate pricing, positioning, go-to-market, and partner-product initiatives
  • Foster a culture of deep customer empathy in our engineering teams

  • You take a down-to-earth and practical approach to Product Management, adding just the right amount of structure, while still remaining flexible and accommodating different product management approaches.
  • You are accustomed to advocating for your work; articulate and support your position while being open to feedback and alternative solutions.
  • You thrive in a role in which you apply the strategy to tactical work; you are hands on while grasping the big picture and you are comfortable working with senior engineers to make large-scale technology decisions.
  • Your experience includes SaaS product management roles with a multi-year proven track record of economically successful outcomes.
  • You are collaborative and adaptive.
  • You’ll embrace the Litmus culture, its business and reputation.
