EnerNOC, a leading provider of demand response and energy efficiency solutions, has a need for a Utility Operations Intern to join our world-class Hardware Operations organization. As a Utility Operations Intern, you will be responsible for the following:

About the Job:

• Provide exceptional service to our Utility customers, providers, and internal customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers (E.g. Field Ops, Data Operations)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Utility customers
• Meet service level agreements for response and delivery of all pulse orders to effectively enable our sites throughout North America and international regions
• Meet service level agreements in acquiring all utility data requests
• Perform outreach for customer bills and authorization forms
• Identify, correct, and/or escalate data quality issues pertaining to sites, energy meter data, and contact information
• Collaborate with the other members of the Field and Network Operations Team
• Support Field Ops and Data Operations initiatives as needed

About You:

• Current student or recent graduate of a 4-year undergraduate program, or comparable work experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication/customer relations skills
• Great attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel
• Can execute high-volume, transactional tasks
