We are currently seeking a high quality team player to join our finance organization as a Staff Accountant/Accounts Receivable Specialist reporting to the Accounting Manager. This individual would play a key role in supporting the dataxu accounting function, assisting in accounting operations and in the preparation of reports detailing the Company’s financial results. Maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations. Work as a key member of the corporate finance team supporting a fast-growing organization.
On the Job
- Assist in performing the monthly close and in the preparation of the company financial statements
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations and roll forwards
- Support the Company’s accounts payable function by assisting the current AP/Payroll Supervisor
- Assist with the Company’s accounts receivable function
- Manage cash accounts daily; research any issues
- Perform ad hoc projects as required
- Provide business support to the Finance group, as needed and including foreign entities
About You
- 2-5 years of experience working in public accounting and 1-2 years in the industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to be a critical component in projects and solve complex problems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Versatile individual who is a self-starter, able to work independently and meet expectations
- Experience working for a high-growth technology company desirable, but not required
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
