Senior Product Manager, Follain

Follain leads a movement toward healthier personal care by curating only the best (healthy, proven, pure, pleasing) products on shopfollain.com and in a growing number of shops across the country. Together we're making widespread change in this wildly unregulated and unhealthy industry.

Roles + Responsibilities:

The Lead Product Manager continually improves and evolves the Follain client experience and supporting products across all key interactions and delivery channels, including product discovery, shopping, purchase, and customer support across both digital and physical outlets.

  • Create, manage, prioritize and communicate product roadmap utilizing client feedback, stakeholder input and data.
  • Maintain a clear sense of business goals and how they impact priorities across customer-facing and internal technology and processes
  • Understand how to build for scale – we have an aggressive expansion plan that will take us far beyond our current brick-and-mortar and online footprint.
  • Guide UX design, Visual Design and Engineering to create simple and elegant interaction and interface solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Assist team with wireframe and prototype concepts, ideas and solutions, facilitating feedback processes from internal stakeholders and clients. Provide input and point of view on layout, look, and optimal user experience.
  • Lead measurement of end-to-end user experience and test plans to optimize performance, shape strategy and deliver business results.
  • Ensure on-time, frequent delivery of client enhancements and new features across experiences and channels such as web, mobile, apps, and customer service.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage trade-offs, drive organizational alignment, and maximize business value.
  • Work with strategy and business stakeholders to evaluate the implementation of new product extensions to grow the Follain brand.
  • Lead an agile scrum team to create, develop and rollout innovative products and client experiences.

  • Experience with design and implementation of mid and back office support systems.
