Senior Producer (freelance/ongoing)

Position Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a broadcast producer to bring their skills and experience to the fast-growing world of online programming and corporate video.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing all phases of production from pre-through-post. The right producer will be polished, professional, highly organized, and creative. You’ll need to be experienced at managing crews and editors, directing professional and non-professional on-camera talent, and working within tight budgets on tight timelines. The ability to take direction, provide leadership, and work independently is critical.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
• 5+ years of video production experience
• Excellent storytelling skills
• Demonstrable experience as a segment/field producer
• Ability to pre-produce and coordinate multiple ongoing shoots
• Technical knowledge of studio and field production and post production
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Track record of creating and adhering to tight budgets
• Editing experience (FCP and Premiere)
• Videography experiece not required, but preferred
