RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Sales, Account Management and Customer success teams to ensure customer data is captured in the corporate CRM real time
• Work as individual contributor reviewing historical corporate contact data and updating CRM system with key data points
• Maintain CRM with real time information from new deals that are signed
• Partner with specific AM/Sales team members to assist them in data integrity for customer base and ensure information/data is in the CRM real time
• Work on various long term projects involving customer account information ranging from contract headquarters to named contacts on the account
• Work as a member of a team dedicated to the historically clean up of information and maintenance moving forward
• Collaborate with Support team to ensure specific customer details are documented in order to properly assist customers.
• Perform trend analysis on customer support case data to identify and uncover common user error trends within the product
• Compile data used by support team management to create actionable insights that are presented to engineering and product management
• Perform root cause analysis of technical issues including debugging video playback errors
• Uncover data anomalies and performed data cleansing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing College Degree
• Working knowledge of Excel Required
• Experience with CRM's (SalesForce of desk) preferred
• Highly motivated, self starter
• strong organizational skills
• Ability to think outside the box
• Identify areas for process improvement
