RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Sales, Account Management and Customer success teams to ensure customer data is captured in the corporate CRM real time
- Work as individual contributor reviewing historical corporate contact data and updating CRM system with key data points
- Maintain CRM with real time information from new deals that are signed
- Partner with specific AM/Sales team members to assist them in data integrity for customer base and ensure information/data is in the CRM real time
- Work on various long term projects involving customer account information ranging from contract headquarters to named contacts on the account
- Work as a member of a team dedicated to the historically clean up of information and maintenance moving forward
- Collaborate with Support team to ensure specific customer details are documented in order to properly assist customers.
- Perform trend analysis on customer support case data to identify and uncover common user error trends within the product
- Compile data used by support team management to create actionable insights that are presented to engineering and product management
- Perform root cause analysis of technical issues including debugging video playback errors
- Uncover data anomalies and performed data cleansing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing College Degree
- Working knowledge of Excel Required
- Experience with CRM's (SalesForce of desk) preferred
- Highly motivated, self starter
- strong organizational skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Identify areas for process improvement
