THE ROLE:
We’re looking for…
Production Artist
The Production Member is a key member of the Creative team who supports designers in Boutique, Marketing and Acquisition in getting all boutiques ready to go live.
What you’ll accomplish…
- Work under the guidance of the Designer to build boutique assets, ensuring consistency of vision
- Develop and build designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Receive and give constructive feedback on each project with positive attitude
- Must be able to shift priorities to meet deadlines based on changing calendars
- Manage the creation of multiple template projects on a daily basis
- Consistently apply and enforce style/brand guidelines

- Constant exposure to all aspects of Rue business.
- Work closely with many of our amazing departments: Boutique Production, Creative and Marketing, and have the ability to learn from all of these teams!
- Proactively partner with Brand Operations to communicate project processes.
THE RIGHT FIT:
You have…
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Fundamental understanding of design best practices
- Receive feedback on each project with positive attitude
- Organized, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to shift priorities to meet deadlines based on changing calendars
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of principles of design, including: layout, typography, color, balance, composition and current design trends
- BA in Graphic Design with educational training in typography
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Must demonstrate strong skills with the entire Adobe CS5 suite
