We’re looking to add a Product Manager to our team to roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty, and build products that flat-out differentiate Placester customers from all of their peers.

Interested? Here’s what we need:

• 2-3 years of direct Product Management experience in a SaaS company (preferred)
• Customer empathy. You need to understand our customers, their businesses, their pain points, then translate it into product requirements that add quantifiable value.
• Determination. There isn’t a problem you are intimidated by. We need people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and figure things out.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. We’re building out our product and product organization, so if you are more comfortable with lots of structure or leaning into a playbook to plot the path forward, this won’t be the right fit.
• Technical (preferred). It’s not necessary, but the better you understand the technical requirements and capabilities of the product, the more successful we think you’ll be.
• Passion. We want people whose passion for what they do is contagious to their teammates.
• Great influencer. You believe in servant leadership and have a demonstrated track record of leading through influence.
• Awesome work ethic. Start-ups aren’t the right place for everyone. There’s a ton of opportunity, but a lot of work involved in building a company for the long haul.
