 Onduo is developing an innovative solution for people with diabetes that includes a personalized set of therapies, devices, diagnostics, and services for the better management of diabetes. This precision care management solution will improve clinical outcomes while also avoiding the costly short-term and long-term complications of diabetes that would have otherwise developed.

We are seeking a Product Manager to develop tools and features that make our product compelling to healthcare systems and primary care physicians. You will work closely with our clinical, coaching, and development leads and have access to all aspects of the product including patient, coach, and provider facing aspects. Our team is still very small so you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and get involved in all aspects of the business including strategy, operations, recruiting, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research the needs and constraints of physicians and healthcare systems as they relate to our product
  • Identify features and requirements for the core product that make it more compelling to healthcare systems and physicians
  • Research and develop tools to allow physicians to easily on-board their patients onto our platform
  • Investigate new products and features for inclusion in our program with the support of our business development lead
  • Establish relationships and understanding of the PCP office and healthcare systems
  • Assist team with strategy
  • Serve as part of the recruiting and interviewing team
  • Assist in development of culture, rewards, and incentives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role
  • Ability to develop a product vision and see through its execution
  • A demonstrated understanding of navigating a healthcare system including selling and working with primary care physicians and their teams
  • Experience working with engineers in a software development process
  • Understanding of human centered design principles and data-driven product management
  • Analytical, creative, innovative, proactive, and can-do attitude
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent oral/written communications skills
  • Understanding of customer deployment and onboarding
