Job Summary:

As we continue to grow our Marketing team, we are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing & CRM Intern to join Invaluable to help with digital marketing, CRM, and overall marketing administrative support. As a Marketing intern, you will work with senior members of the Marketing team to assist specifically with the digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social and display; as well as develop and draft email campaigns and marketing communications. Interns will be paid an hourly wage.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Learn how digital marketing channels such as paid search (Google AdWords, Bing Ad, Yahoo Gemini), paid social (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin) and display ads function in driving traffic and turning users into buyers.
  • Learn how to optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve performance.
  • Get a firm grasp on digital marketing metrics and KPIs such as Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Click, Cost per Thousand Impressions and Return On Ad Spend.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and design teams to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and present performance results, and make recommendations.
  • Conceptualize email campaigns, draft and develop direct response copywriting.
  • Source images & build a library of beautiful visuals for use in marketing communications
  • Analyze past campaign performance, propose new A/B tests & make recommendations for future emails

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program
  • Major or concentration in Marketing, Advertising or other related field preferred; Art history background or experience is a plus
  • Interested in startups, technology or fine arts.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, performance marketing or customer acquisition & retention marketing.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
