At InsightSquared, we are seeking an IT Help Desk Intern to provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Under supervision of the IT Manager, the IT Help Desk Intern will be responsible for responding to helpdesk tickets, diagnosing problems, and performing basic troubleshooting for end users. This position is part time and would be for up to 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provided excellent end-user experience for employees requesting IT support
• Troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software
• A/V and video conference setup and troubleshooting
• Maintaining and enforcing corporate IT security policies
• Onboarding and Offboarding employees

• Knowledge and Skills:
• Understanding of desktop operating systems (Windows 10 and macOS)
