The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is Responsible for the Day-To-Day Execution of Influencer Marketing Campaigns on Behalf of Large Consumer Brands, within Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Influencer Marketing Programs From Initiation to Completion, Including But Not Limited To:

    • Campaign Structure Set-up
    • Assignment Creation
    • Influencer Recruitment and Communication Management
    • Editorial QA
    • Budget Sheet Management
    • Reporting
    • Provide Regular Status Updates to Client Services and Other Stakeholders
    • Support Upper Level Team Members In Relation to Campaigns, Community Projects, Analytics, etc.

  • Lead Client Kick-Off Calls, with Support of Manager, To Activate New Campaigns
  • Regularly Update Project Management Portal with Campaign Status Updates
  • Understand the Compliance and Proper FTC Guidelines for Brand Activities
  • With the Support Client Services and Management, Identify Ongoing Opportunities for Brands to Engage with Influencers
  • Advocate for Influencer Marketing Services and Best Practices Within Internal Peer Meetings
  • Participate in Relevant Learning Activities for Personal-Professional Growth

Requirements:

  • 1 Year of Blogging Experience and Knowledge of Blogging Space

    • Previous Internship Experience Also Applicable

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Team Player, With the Confidence to Take the Lead When Necessary
  • Passion and Intellectual Curiosity for Consumer Technology, Social Media and Emerging Digital Technologies
  • Demonstrated Self-Starter
