The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is Responsible for the Day-To-Day Execution of Influencer Marketing Campaigns on Behalf of Large Consumer Brands, within Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Influencer Marketing Programs From Initiation to Completion, Including But Not Limited To:
- Campaign Structure Set-up
- Assignment Creation
- Influencer Recruitment and Communication Management
- Editorial QA
- Budget Sheet Management
- Reporting
- Provide Regular Status Updates to Client Services and Other Stakeholders
- Support Upper Level Team Members In Relation to Campaigns, Community Projects, Analytics, etc.
- Lead Client Kick-Off Calls, with Support of Manager, To Activate New Campaigns
- Regularly Update Project Management Portal with Campaign Status Updates
- Understand the Compliance and Proper FTC Guidelines for Brand Activities
- With the Support Client Services and Management, Identify Ongoing Opportunities for Brands to Engage with Influencers
- Advocate for Influencer Marketing Services and Best Practices Within Internal Peer Meetings
- Participate in Relevant Learning Activities for Personal-Professional Growth
Requirements:
- 1 Year of Blogging Experience and Knowledge of Blogging Space
- Previous Internship Experience Also Applicable
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Team Player, With the Confidence to Take the Lead When Necessary
- Passion and Intellectual Curiosity for Consumer Technology, Social Media and Emerging Digital Technologies
- Demonstrated Self-Starter
