This role will support executive management by driving many FP&A initiatives and providing insightful financial analysis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical, Excel modeling, and communication skills, combined with the ability to think strategically. In addition, experience with consolidating complex international corporate structures, corporate shared services, and transfer pricing, is required. This is a high visibility role that offers significant growth potential and frequent interactions with the company President, Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director of New Ventures, the Controller and property accountants. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Partnering with stakeholders to help facilitate and develop forecasts, an annual operating plan, and the strategic long-range plan.

Continually identifying opportunities to drive improvements on management reporting and forecasting processes and analytics.

Participating in the transformation of management reporting and analytics to create views for increased profitability.

Performing timely and accurate consolidation and reporting of actual results and short- and long-term forecasts.

Ensuring compliance with debt agreements, including preparation and delivery of timely reporting and monitoring covenant compliance.

Preparing the monthly and quarterly reporting package and relevant financial analysis for executive management.

Providing other support to the finance team and other staff.


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting

MBA strongly preferred (CPA, CFA a plus)

5+ years of financial analysis in a business partnering capacity

Advanced Excel proficiency with a demonstrated ability to effectively analyze large, multi-company data sets

Prior experience consolidating financial results and working in a complex international environment

History of strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail

Self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to meet goals while working independently

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with and build productive working relationships

Strong working knowledge of financial and forecasting systems

Transfer pricing, corporate shared services and real estate experience preferred
