We are looking for a full-time, mid-level Digital Designer to join our Marketing team. This individual will be developing creative assets that help Runkeeper bring campaigns to life for both our brand and our partners. This is an ideal role for someone who likes the variety of working on all kinds of creative projects—from web, to email, to brand work. The ideal candidate is conceptually creative but is able to execute projects quickly and with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing team, copywriter, and Creative Director to design web pages, microsites, emails, print collateral, social, photo/video, and more. 
• Work with the sales team and external brand partners to quickly turn around assets for ad campaigns in the Runkeeper app and external channels.
• Work with the Creative Director to evolve and maintain the brand book, as well as to execute designs according to brand standards. 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience working for a digital consumer brand.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Advanced understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, and layout.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. This is a must.
• Love for startups and all the quick learning and constant process optimization that goes with it.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end web technologies is a plus.
