Compass is looking for a Designer to join our rapidly growing team. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for simple, beautiful design that can build marketing campaigns as well as agent marketing and advertising print materials. In this role you’ll be responsible for bringing our product to life and engaging audiences through visual storytelling, as well as creating branded marketing and advertising print collateral for our Compass Agents.

At Compass You Will:

• Develop marketing materials to communicate our brand vision through both digital and print mediums
• Educate our customers through compelling infographics and market reports
• Create sleek, professional marketing materials for our real estate and business development operations
• Work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Compass Agents throughout the design cycle

What We're Looking For:

• Expert knowledge of InDesign
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong, clean visual design sense
• 3+ years in a graphic design or marketing role
• Full knowledge of Adobe CS, and proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to take a project from ideation to completion, which includes being able to prepare files for print
• A diverse portfolio that exhibits excellent use of typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements
• Ability to communicate and collaborate on cross-functional teams
• Extreme attention to detail
• Can multitask in an energetic work environment
