Our nation relies on nonprofits to solve our most pressing social issues. Join us as we equip the foot soldiers in this work – the CEOs and volunteer board members – as they build a better future. BoardOnTrack is a high growth SaaS company providing expertise, training, web-based tools and a membership community to charter public school boards nationwide. We are looking for someone to play a significant leadership role at our organization. If you have been part of the rapid scaling of an early stage SaaS company, have a proven track record in building a predictable sales machine, are extremely entrepreneurial, and motivated by being in a significant revenue-generating/revenue-focused position, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Drive Revenue: Partner with CEO to ensure rapid revenue acceleration in both new bookings and with current installed customer base. Specifically, this will include:

Build Sales Team and Process: Roll-up your sleeves and take our nascent sales playbook, and small but mighty sales team, and leverage it into a predictable sales process. This will include pipeline management and a great deal of sales coaching. Assist in defining the sales team needed to hit/exceed targets, and actively recruit and train additional sales hires.

Support Scaling of Marketing Activities: Support Chief Marketing Officer in developing, testing and refining demand generation activities that drive new bookings and increase customer engagement and retention.

Team Alignment: Partner with CEO to ensure that annual and quarterly Sales & Marketing, Member Success, and Product plans are cohesively driving towards overall company success metrics.

Consistent Accountability: – Develop right-sized company metrics, meeting cadence and reporting that drives alignment, creates the right company culture, and fosters creative problem solving to ensure velocity.

Pricing Strategy / Pricing Execution: – Assist team in determining optimal prices that align product value with specific market segments.

Product Creation/Refinement: – Collaborate with CTO to ensure resources are being deployed to prioritized elements that drive new bookings and increase customer engagement and retention.

Support Scaling of Member Success Function – Support Chief Customer Officer in the development of a scalable member success function including fine-tuning onboarding, engagement, and renewal processes. Ensure that the right metrics are being tracked and that there is team and companywide learning from these efforts.
