TELECOM EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

NetCracker’s Product Management team is looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help us evolve our vision, enhance existing products, drive new directions of development, evangelize our plans with customers, gain customers’ insight on the upcoming needs and challenges and transfer the aggregated valuable input to various stakeholders within the company.

You’ll get hands on with the largest OSS solutions portfolio in the industry, multiple talented teams to collaborate to, and great diversity of customers around the world.

You’ll have the opportunity to have your own landscape of tasks, customer communications, and supervised products, with the voice in defining the product strategy. You will also be able to work on wider scope of initiatives, across multiple functional and organizational domains in the Company.

Required Experience:

S• Experience in the telecommunications vertical highly desired.• 4+ years in B2B software product management. Or in technical presales, product marketing, business development.
• Experienced in the Product Lifecycle Management
• Lead/visionary roles for an area of expertise in BSS solutions, products and services towards customers and various departments within the company
• Customer meetings/materials preparation: lead collaboration of multi-functional multi-expertise team ensuring the outcome meets both the customer’s agenda and company’s goals.
• Customer meetings participation: live presenting to senior roles (C-level executive and architecture)
Experience with next gen CRM and Converged Billing cloud vendors is highly desired.

Required Skills:

  • One or more area and/or subject of expertise in the following: customer management, rating/charging and billing, partner management, portals/self-service, ecommerce
  • Ability to formulate clearly requirements, vision and tasks and prove your vision to various stakeholders within the company, be the voice of the customer
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience with products and solutions for IoT is a plus
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and roadmap management
  • Understanding of the global telecommunications market and trends
  • Familiarity with industry standards (TMF eTOM, TMF TAM, ETSI MANO, CableLabs, 3GPP, etc)
  • Experience in RFI/RFP preparation and response

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building, sustaining and improving vision for one of more products in portfolio.
  • Communicating and aligning the vision to multiple teams in the company to ensure adoption, competitive advantage and profitability
  • Collecting, interpreting, prioritizing customer and market requirements
  • Leading product roadmap alignment activities with customers
  • Supporting sales and product oriented activities on accounts
  • Tracking competitors’ analysis with the area of responsibility
  • Collaboration with Engineering, Sales and Pre-Sales teams around the globe: Sales/Account managers, Sales Engineers, Bid Managers, Marketing, and others

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
