About the Rotational Program
The BookBub rotational program is a highly selective 12-month training and development program open to undergraduate members of the Class of 2018. The program exposes talented college graduates from any academic discipline to varied roles at BookBub, a rapidly growing technology and publishing startup based in Cambridge, MA. Rotational hires gain both training and significant hands-on experience during the year, and are matched with continuing roles at BookBub after the 12-month program.
Applicants will be placed in three to four BookBub areas during the course of their rotations, which will be determined based on their interests and experience. Those areas are listed below:
- Business Development
- Community Management
- Data Analytics
- People Ops
- Product Management
What We’re Looking For
We expect top candidates to come from diverse academic backgrounds, and to be:
- An undergraduate member of the Class of 2018 who has demonstrated excellence in academic or extracurricular work
- Curious about software, technology, the web, and publishing
- Excited about startups and high-growth businesses
- Intellectually curious and willing to learn
- An analytical problem solver
- Someone who exhibits strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Someone with leadership potential
We are currently accepting applications for the summer of 2018. Offers will be given on a rolling basis through the fall of 2017.
