A day in the life:

Work closely with Acorio’s Finance Team in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Major activities include: 

• Managing the processing of expense reports
• Coordinating and following up with internal stakeholders to verify expenses
• Creating expense reports in QuickBooks, generating invoices, and ensuring their delivery
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring they are paid on time
• Working timely to guarantee all invoices are complete 3 days before our bi monthly pay dates 

What you bring:

For this role, we need someone who is persistent and organized with exceptional follow-through. Skills you bring include:

• Prior work experience in a professional environment
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Functional knowledge MS Office, Excel, and Adobe
• Quick learner with great attention to detail
• Persistence to ensure payments are received on time
• Personable with great customer service skills

 Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
