Summer internship 2024 – System Design

We are looking for highly engaged and self-driven students across different disciplines and locations for next year’s AutoStore Summer Internship.
The internship will generally take place in June 2024 and runs for up to a eight-week period, until early/mid-August. During this period you will spend time with other interns and supervisors, and not only be surrounded by a social and fun environment, but also gain relevant work experience within a unique, multidisciplinary company.
We are looking for Interns who want to help us expand. We are looking for a talented, outgoing, and analytical individual to help our System Design team. You will assist our sales team in providing technical guidance on AutoStore’s solution. We are looking for candidates that want to expand their skills in: customer focus, mechanical design, data analysis, and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Help our System Design team support our sales organization with technical analysis and guidance
- Participate in concept design and simulations of our warehouse solution with sales individuals and distributors
- Learn about how to provide technical product and project support for the sales organization
- Develop documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in: Industrial, mechanical, Electrical Engineering or another technical science or logistics
- Proficient in data analysis
- Interested and experience in working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience with a data analysis language such as python or mechanical design tools such as AutoCAD
