That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a pharma Subject Matter Expert with a strong business acumen. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Finance, you will combine your industry knowledge with your understanding of financial implications to develop value assessments and forecasting that support our growing business.
What you’ll do:
- Build out revenue/CARR forecasting capabilities to better gauge invoice timing and cash receipt potential based on customer contracts and pipeline
- Analyze historical data and customer trends to determine proper operating expense forecasting
- Generate financial reports and analysis for investor/board/exec leadership team presentations
- Complete ad hoc requests, reporting and projects
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop a robust framework that meets the needs of a matrixed organization and incorporates non-financial data and metrics as required to support management decision making
- Collaborate with the sales team in their efforts to meet and/or exceed defined revenue goals, working closely to develop Value Assessments for each new client with their unique data sets
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client's business needs and an ability to utilize their data to present solutions to their business challenges
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and partner effectively
- Embrace full accountability for Value Assessments through effective use of metrics and a focus on implementing AI to the workstream
- Effectively communicate internal priorities, challenges, and opportunities that impact revenue growth
- Promote Kalderos as a “partner of choice” and serve as a thought leader and consultant to clients in a dynamic market where a “one size fits all” approach is not effective
- Build a strong and collaborative partnership with Marketing, Customer Operations, Product, and Technology teams to drive success while maintaining visibility and transparency across pre-sales cycles
- Bring customer feedback to the engineering and Product teams, as well as contribute key learnings to the Company's strategic plan
- Maintain up-to-date information on industry trends and the competitive landscape as a thought leader and consultant, acting as a subject matter expert
What you’ll bring:
- 7-10 years experience in big pharma
- Strong knowledge of drug discount programs
- Exceptional business acumen and learning agility
- CPA/MBA is a plus
Expected Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 base + bonus
