Sqrrl is expanding its Product team and looking for talented Product Managers who are interested in advancing the state of the art in advanced cyber threat analytics. The Security PM will play a key role in driving the strategy and development of Sqrrl’s unique threat detection and response platform.

As an ideal candidate, you’ll be a seasoned Product Manager with deep experience in the information security space. Not only should you have a passion for security technology, you should know what challenges today’s infosec practitioners and where current solutions are falling short. You should be at home in an Agile development process and a well-versed Product Owner who has led multiple product release cycles. Working alongside data scientists, security SMEs, developers, designers and field teams, you’ll be a driving force in crafting Sqrrl’s next generation security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Market research
• Product / release ideation and lifecycle management
• Product roadmap definition and maintenance
• Requirements and user story management
• Agile Product Owner roles and responsibilities
• Product Marketing, customer and field team support

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a product manager
• Excellent communication skills
• BA / BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology

Desired Skills

• Deep experience with products in the following areas:
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) products
  • Security log collection & analysis
  • Security analytics
  • Network Security Monitoring (NSM)
  • Threat Intelligence
  • Incident investigation & response
• Exposure to or experience in a CIRT / CSIRT / SOC organization
• Experience with Big Data technologies, especially Hadoop and Spark
