An Insider's view of Teikametrics

What are some social events your company does?

The best events are when the entire company gets together at our yearly outings. At the last Holiday Party, it was so fun to see people dressed up, meet their +1s, play darts, and simply enjoy the time with colleagues across all teams & cities. Now with remote work as the new normal, Culture Club plans great virtual events to keep us all connected.

Sarah

What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

The Data Science Team faces the challenge of making data-driven insights, recommendations, or actions transparent and accessible. We actively pursue hard or time-consuming problems our Sellers experience when growing and running their businesses. In my 6 months at Teikametrics, I've learned the power that Data Science gives to our Sellers!

Hannah

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Teikametrics has given me ownership over work that has incrementally increased in scope & technical challenge. This has allowed me to grow from a Sr. Engineer role into a Principal Engineer role leading a team of other engineers. There are always opportunities to make an impact at Teika & grow your career, which is an attribute I greatly value.
