Responsibilities:
- Bring Indigo’s first consumer-focused branded products to market and develop product pipeline
- Lead the 5-year business plan for the Indigo’s Consumer Products initiative, including analytics and storytelling
- Lead new and manage ongoing initiative partnerships, including partner selection and contract terms. Execute partnerships with processors/distributors/retailers, including leading a cross functional process to draft contracts, negotiate terms, and sign the agreements
- Play a key role in our long-term execution, including R&D, Product Development, Quality, Food Safety, and Financial workstreams
- Play a key role in development of product samples for sell-in
- Support key components of Indigo consumer products efforts for packaging, claims, supply chain, and sales & distribution
- Own and design entire projects, including setting key milestones, managing cross functional meetings, and holding others accountable

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of work experience
- Consulting and/or strategy/product management experience
- Agriculture or food industry experience, a plus
- Experience managing others or a cross-functional team; able to do so in a respectful and productive manner that helps develop others
