About The Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join us in this adventure and to help us change the way people take care of their Health. Solutions Engineers interface with our partners’ technical teams to ensure that our product is compatible with their requirements.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with the B2B sales team to present our devices, services, and solutions to partners who hope to use medical data to meet the challenges of their businesses. You will need to gain a deep technical understanding of our product and its capabilities and limitations, in order to anticipate any potential issues and ensure the fit between the solution and the customer.

This is an important role within a growing division with strategic importance, and we are seeking qualified and highly motivated individuals who want to actively participate in the start-up and acceleration of this new business unit.

Responsibilities :

• Work cross functionally with both technical and sales teams to help future customers understand the power and capabilities of Withings B2B tools and services.
• In this context, your main missions will be :
• Present our services and their technical features in full detail
• Respond to technical questions from our partners, and provide advanced support and solutions to their integration issues
• Collaborate with various internal technical teams, and the sales team, to provide partners with documentation, technical diagrams, and proof-of-concept, to ensure our partners’ successful implementation of our solutions
• Provide technical support and follow-up to the various customers using Withings solutions
• Use data to assess and monitor the quality of service of the solutions implemented by our various partners
• Work on a regular basis with the B2B Product team to help define our future services roadmap.

Additional Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for Withings' preventive health mission and the potential of technology to improve our lives
• Desire to work hard and collaborate cross-functionally with diverse global teams
• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Solutions/PreSales/Sales Engineer in a similar context
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, including negotiation and presentation
• Enthusiasm for the potential of technology to improve people's lives
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse global team
• Good judgment and independent decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented; strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics

This position will be based in our Boston, MA office and may require occasional international travel.
