Software Product Analyst, GeoInnovation

As we continue to grow the GeoInnovation Product Team, we are looking for individuals with strong business analysis experience who are looking for an opportunity to grow into a product management position. We are looking for a Product Analyst who wants to work cross-functionally to help support & define our goal-centric product vision. As a product analyst, you will work closely with product managers, users, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to help deliver software products & drive user acquisition & adoption. As our product roadmap expands, you will be expected to continuously take on more leadership roles within the product function, with the expectation of growing into your own product manager role.
Responsibilities
- Creating & managing analytics & reports across a suite of Indigo products
- Assist product managers in creating & managing product roadmaps & implementation timelines
- Conduct user research & create user persona profiles
- Conduct market research & report findings to larger Indigo audience
- Assist in cross-functional collaboration between teams at Indigo, helping product managers identify business challenges uniquely suited to software solutions
- Lead product operational responsibilities and identify opportunities for functional improvement
- Interface with product designers & user experience experts to deliver comprehensive design guidelines for implementation
- Assist with all aspects of product management at Indigo, with the opportunity to become a leader within the product management function at Indigo

Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in product/business analysis or background in a quantitative field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in technical fields preferred (Business, Econ, Math, Statistics, Engineering, etc)
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Familiarity with SQL/Python preferred, but not required
- Experience with Heap Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (Spotfire/Tableau) preferred, but not required
- Advanced computer proficiency skills using Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong modeling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, product analyst, investment banking or management consulting role is preferred
