Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the PM discipline for the relevant sector.  The successful candidate will have a strong technical acumen, progressive, relevant work history and experience working across multiple disciplines to achieve success.   

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Product Line management for wireless charging of electric vehicles including but not limited to:Product planning, roadmap generation, business case preparation and presentation to a variety of audiences both internal and external
• Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and market direction to enable those products
• Manage full life-cycle of product execution from PRD/conception to EOL life phases, driving the execution of roadmaps and plans
• Create, review and recommend Marketing collateral, customer presentations, and business proposals to ensure a consistent product vision
• Perform competitor benchmarking, analysis and tracking
• Drive design win and revenue growth by collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams

Experience

• BS degree in engineering required; Electrical Engineering degree and/or advanced engineering degree (MS) or MBA is strongly preferred
• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager
• Demonstrated experience launching a product from inception to market
• Experience with automotive or semiconductor products desired
• Attention to detail and strategic thinking and planning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment
• Execution orientation and the ability to motivate others
• Demonstrated ability to work across the organization to further goals and the ability to influence without authority
• Small company/start-up experience desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
