We’re a multi-sided marketplace connecting individual B2B buyers and entire companies with restaurants and delivery partners. As a Senior Product Manager, your focus will be on on the demand side of our business - making sure we help our customers successfully order catering anytime they need it.

This particular role will be working on one of the new initiatives surrounding our marketplace. 

What you’ll do:

• Deeply understand the market landscape and needs of our customers
• Operate with a bias for speed and growing quickly
• Guide cross-functional teams in a highly iterative, rapidly evolving agile environment
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and develop the product roadmap.
• Own the product roadmap for your area - an exciting new initiative for ezCater
• Manage feature development from conception through design, build, release and experimentation.
• Collaborate with the business, design and engineering teams to assess value, usability, and feasibility of new product and feature offerings
• Create and monitor the ongoing metrics that measure and define success
• Maximize velocity of learning so we’ll quickly know if we’re focused on the right things

You Have:

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated experience operating in ambiguous problem spaces. Real entrepreneurial / intrapreneurial experience a plus 
• Substantial experience working directly with agile development teams
• Experience in user research, bolstered by heartfelt empathy for B2B users
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design
• A healthy dose of creativity surrounded by guardrails of data
• A highly collaborative approach, supported by excellent communication and organizational skills
• A solid understanding of applicable web technologies
