The Logistics Software Product Manager will own the development of all software products to support the Indigo Logistics team. As the product owner for a major logistics product, you will drive a cross-functional team to improve adoption of the newly launched product. Working with various business stakeholders and developers, you will leverage a deep empathy for users to build complex features, and ultimately, impact a product that has the potential to drastically improve the lives and businesses of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our current logistic system and backlog
  • Build rapport with relevant business stakeholders and dev team
  • Meet with users to develop a deep understanding of their needs
    •  Develop and curate new ideas for the product based on customer feedback
  • Prioritize and groom user stories and backlog to align with both business needs and the voice of the user
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop short-term (3-6 months) and long-term (12+ months) logistics product roadmap
  • Clearly communicate all product launches / releases to all internal stakeholders (ex. sales, marketing, legal)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in logistics software product management
  • Experience with $1B+ inventory product fulfillment system
  • Experience with logistics vendor landscape (AIMMS, Llamasoft, etc.)
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience developing B2B commerce fulfillment experiences
  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Based in Boston or Memphis

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
