Senior Product Designer

Our Product Designer will help define, iterate, and evolve our products from concept to launch. An ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable with the full stack of design skills and processes, but also sprinkle in some product management tendencies. As the solo designer on the team you’ll have the opportunity to shape every aspect of our products, sparking joy for our customers as they order our food or our employees as they use our internal software.
What You’ll Do:
Design products and experiences for both internal and external use, having a direct impact on the future of product at Spyce
Oversee the full products lifecycle, from concept to launch with a focus on collecting constant feedback and learning how we can improve
Collaborate daily with various stakeholders including engineers, culinary teams, product managers, restaurant staff
Work with others across the company to who are passionate about product and design
Own a range of products, including customer apps, in-store kiosk, restaurant tools, and delivery experiences
Exert influence and shape the product goals and roadmap
Lead user research and translate insights into meaningful product recommendations

Needed
6+/- years of real-world experience design
Strong proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe suite)
Comfortable working within technical constraints
Experience thinking beyond UX and incorporating business needs into planning
Familiarity with writing product documents
Proven success with planning and managing deadlines
Ability to compile and analyze multiple funnels of data
Expertise translating brand guidelines into new domains
Bonus
Experience with small, fast moving teams
Experience creating out-of-the-box ideas and quickly validating them
