Description

At PathAI, we're building an AI-powered platform for pathology to advance the diagnosis and treatment of disease and to improve the lives of patients. We're applying our work to drug development, clinical diagnosis, and global health.

We’re looking for a great team member to take the reins on our pathologist-consultant network, a key element of our quickly-growing company. In this role you will manage and coordinate the PathAI contributor network, assist in key operational functions including defining and tracking metrics, and make valuable contributions to decision making at the product development level alongside a supportive and world-class team of designers, engineers, product managers, and scientists.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a leader and liaison for our pathologist contributor network
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing support to pathologists
  • Develop, implement, and continually refine operational processes
  • Manage and analyze operational data for product prioritization, pricing strategy, training, communication, and quality assurance
  • Identify and advocate for improvements for our pathology interface and other products

Requirements

The ideal candidate is:

  • Empathetic, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the world
  • Intellectually curious, eager to learn about how all the pieces come together to foster a strong
  • Knowledgeable, with a bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in a technology-related field, or relevant experience
  • Experienced in life sciences and health care, such as experience with pharmaceutical companies, bio- technology companies, healthcare organizations and/or diagnostics companies
  • A savvy user of technology with a solid basis in quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making
  • A great communicator with soft skills and an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent, self-directed and self-motivated. It’s important to be able to thrive in a sometimes-chaotic startup
