As a Product Manager at Payfactors, you will work closely with product leadership and our customers to design and deliver core features in the platform, The right individual for this role is a creative problem solver who is able to guide cross-functional teams and execute on the product vision and priorities,
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate product themes and epics into well-defined user stories that are easily understood by scrum teams
Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog for core platform capabilities
Serve as the product owner for at least 1 agile development team helping to lead day-to-day activities including daily stand ups, grooming and sizing
Successfully deliver product features within established timelines while continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders.
Work with the Scrum Master, Architect, and UI/UX to keep work on track
Facilitate launch of new features with key stakeholders including Product Marketing, Sales and Client Success and measure effectiveness of delivery
Continuously drive with data from client interactions, market forces and product metrics
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
1-3 years product management experience or relevant work experience in the compensation domain
Excellent understanding of agile software development in a SAAS model
Strong collaboration, along with customer service acumen, analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
A passion for metrics and driving decisions with data.
Bias for action and experience making things happen in a fast-paced dynamic environment
