We are looking for a passionate and influential person to take on the management of one of the largest product lines for our North American and European markets.

 

What you’ll do all day:

  • Own the North America (US and CA) P&L of our Banners, Posters and misc Signage products
  • Performance management - understands the drivers of product performance and identifies opportunities to grow profitability of their products
  • Customer management - understands and advocates for the customer needs & pain points to drive better customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for new product introduction, quality improvement and cost savings
  • Forecast demand for their products to ensure that we have accurate planning for inventory and capacity
  • Partner with internal Manufacturing and 3rd Party Fulfillers (3PF) on cost, quality, capacity and new products inclusive of 3PF relationship management
  • Partner with Pricing expert to develop and evolve the pricing and promotional/offer strategy for their products
  • Partner with channel experts such as GTM, Paid search, Organic search and email to improve product relevancy and positioning in customer facing communication
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience on the website by improving the product merchandizing on web pages
  • Reduce cancellations and credits by identifying and finding solutions for the big customer pain points   
  • Be analytically rigorous in building business cases and performance analysis to create hypothesis to test and learn and to convince stakeholders on their ideas and findings

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Economics
  • 5 – 7 years of product marketing/management, marketing strategy and/or site experience
  • Management of a P&L
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Has experience working collaboratively across many functions
  • Proficient in Excel, pivot tables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
