About the role...
Help lead the vision for the next iteration of CozyKin as we continue to scale into new cities! You will convert innovative ideas into reality by collaborating with various teams and build scalable solutions with technology to improve the customer experience for families.
Your responsibilities will include...
Product Experience:
-Create presentations, demos, wireframes, mockups etc.
-Familiarity with Invision, Sketch, or similar
-Get and synthesize feedback through user testing
-Ability to translate wants and needs into engineering tasks
-Spec and implement tech projects
-Create minimum viable versions of products (MVPs)
-Create buildable/scalable products and projects
Owning projects:
-Oversee projects from ideation to full implementation
-Define and analyze metrics to evaluate product success
-Excellent time-management skills
-Regularly update project statuses and inform of the next iteration of the product vision.
-Experience with Trello and Slack
-Comfortable scoping and setting metrics for success
-Documentation and data visualization
Peer Leadership:
-Successfully get buy-in across teams
-Create project documents to help facilitate change across teams
-Phenomenal communication skills
-Strong cross-team collaboration abilities

-Able to generate creative solutions to problems
-Comfortable with a fast pace, startup environment
-Strong, empathetic and understanding of the family user perspective
-Willing to wear any hat and comfortable pivoting quickly
