Job Summary

As the Product Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the product development cycle, including research, requirements gathering, design, documentation, marketing, roadmap development and support. Your creative solutions and extraordinarily high standards will drive the success of our products.

Under the direction of the Senior Product Manager, Corporate Product Management, you will:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand our users and their content workflow & analytics needs
  • Create and maintain relationships with industry experts, roundtable delegates and opinion leaders within the corporate information and knowledge management markets
  • Develop innovative, scalable solutions to market problems, aligning these to targeted buyer and user personas
  • Maintain the product roadmap, managing internal and external communications regarding roadmap plans and milestones, and managing the product lifecycle from conception to planning, development, and product launch
  • Gather requirements, design user flows and specify high-level behavior for new features, working closely with developers and QA to communicate and clarify user stories as needed
  • Define, track, report on, and improve key product metrics, including sales/renewal, performance, and data integrity
  • Travel: 15-25%

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years in software or technical product management within a Scrum or other Agile development environment
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and action-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate crossfunctionally
  • Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with ability to apply structure to complex problems
  • Background in B2B knowledge management products and technologies supporting R&D enterprises preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
