The Business Enablement team at HubSpot builds applications and systems to accelerate business growth and drive enterprise value. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with internal groups and end-customers to deliver core systems and experiences that power the internal systems for all of HubSpot’s products.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Become an expert in our internal systems like CRM, partner tools, lead rotation, billing systems, and customer communication.
  • Develop a vision, strategy, and plan with your team and evangelize across internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with world-class developers and designers to build systems and experiences to solve key business needs.
  • Use data to make decisions and measure the results of your efforts.
  • Conduct user and customer research to inform the design of user interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with internal customers to ensure we’re solving for enterprise value.
  • Own core integration points with our 3rd party systems like Salesforce, Zuora, and Netsuite.
