Our talented interdisciplinary team in Waltham, MA is growing! We are looking for the kind of people who are inspired just not by exciting technology, but by the opportunity to help build an engineering culture of rigor and excellence.

We are looking for an innovative Product Manager to coordinate a cross-functional team including engineering, sales, marketing and finance to bring our innovative industrial robotic solutions to our customers. You will have a key role in making the decisions that will shape our products and industrial robotics.

You are:

  • Proven track record of bringing complex and innovative systems products to market
  • 5-10 years of product management experience with products that incorporate both complex hardware and complex modern software
  • BS in technical field
  • Experience managing and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of the team to reconcile differences between what's wanted and what's possible
  • Detail-oriented while not losing site of strategic goals
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Experience with regulated environments such as medical devices/ISO 13485 or functional safety/IEC 61508/ISO 13849 or IEC 26262

You will:

  • Work with engineering, marketing, business development, sales, and finance to understand customer needs and bring our innovative industrial robotic solutions to our customers
  • Develop marketing requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements for the engineering team
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to develop positioning, messaging, segmentation, pricing and go-to-market strategy for product launch
  • Create process, documentation, and project management tools to ensure coordination throughout the organization and provide a foundation for training, support, marketing and sales collateral development
  • Work closely with customers, engineering, marketing, and finance to ensure that our product meets customer needs

Bonus points:

  • We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who have direct experience with products complying with ISO 10218-1/2 and ISO/TS 15066, or who have experience in industrial automation for manufacturing or materials handling, especially with industrial robot systems
  • Previous experience with 3D sensors, computer vision, and/or robotics of any sort
