Grubhub is looking for a Product Manager to help define and deliver integrations that empower our restaurant partners by driving more orders to their stores and eliminating operational challenges. The Restaurant Integrations team serves Enterprise and SMB restaurant partners, building results-driven integrations to ingest restaurant content and transmit orders. You will report directly into a Product Director, and this role is based in our Boston office.
The Impact You Will Make
- Evaluate incoming requests from business stakeholders and external partners to identify alignment with business goals, effort and potential impact, and prioritization within the roadmap
- Ensure that work queued up for development is well-defined and in line with the goals of individual projects.
- Help define new opportunities, and articulate the short and long term product strategy for Restaurant Integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap and business objectives for the larger Grubhub organization
- Collaborate with Grubhub’s technology team and business teams to articulate specific goals, define solutions, formalize KPIs and measurement plans
- Partner with other Product Managers to ensure learnings from Restaurant Integrations are leveraged across other product areas and used to drive goals for those workstreams
- Support cross-organization initiatives with dependencies on Restaurant Integrations
What You Bring to the Table
- 1-2+ years experience with strong technical and product expertise
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate
- Demonstrated experience managing projects requiring coordination across multiple business units
- Comfort working with APIs and understanding service architectures and data flows
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across organizations including technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance
- Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions, understand experiment results and monitor product health; SQL skills a plus
- Direct experience with large scale eCommerce platforms, restaurant technology, API products, web and native mobile application environments, and data analytics a plus
- Familiar with product development in Agile methodologies
- BA/BS required
