The Fintech team is responsible for a diverse range of products and workstreams, all with the united goal of helping restaurants make dealing with money easier. From quickly and seamlessly taking guest payments to extending credit via our lending products, the Fintech product team tackles some of the biggest and most exciting initiatives within Toast. 

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build new and emerging products by working with partners in engineering, UX, and marketing to define, build and launch those products. This is an exciting position on a fast-growing team and represents an opportunity to deliver new areas of value to our customers.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Partner with engineering and design teams to define, deliver, and grow new financial products that delight our customers and help them grow their businesses
• Write user stories, document requirements, and manage dependencies in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Use data and customer insights to ensure new products and features are rooted in customer needs and deliver meaningful outcomes
• Own and communicate a product roadmap that delivers both customer and business value and make smart tradeoffs and prioritization decisions along the way
• Help to inform the product vision and strategy for new product areas and communicate that strategy to a range of stakeholders
• Manage multiple workstreams and groups of cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining commitments to deadlines and roadmaps
• Partner with product marketing, business development, and sales teams to help successfully bring products to market 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• Demonstrated success as a product manager bringing financial products to market at scale
• Comfort working in a fast paced environment with a willingness to learn new things and tackle a range of challenges and blockers as they arise
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to build strong relationships both within and outside of the product org
• Experience with and knowledge of consumer financial technology is a strong plus e.g. payments, banking, networks, etc.
