Product Manager, Email Analytics
Every time HubSpot sends an email (and we send billions per month!), a complex series of event data is created. As a product manager on our email analytics team, you will be responsible for understanding the path these emails take, the engagement they earn, or the failure they may experience, in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product designers and other business leaders to drive how both HubSpot customers & internal users utilize HubSpot Email and succeed.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Drive our strategy, product roadmap & guide new product ideas from an initial concept all the way to product launch
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ email experience, strategize to execute these changes, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make these solutions for our customers
- Empower internal HubSpot teams to use the power of the vast quantities of email data you own more efficiently and more impactfully for our users
- Define, analyze and own metrics that inform the success of HubSpot Email
We are looking for people who have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to defend their ideas to key stakeholders
- Healthy and interpersonal problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
- Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
