Are you passionate about product management, commerce, fitness and technology and looking for a role and team that intersects them all? This role is for you! the ASICS Digital team in our Boston-based office is seeking a Product Manager, Storefront Management.

Reporting in to the Director, Product Management eCommerce, this role will serve as a subject matter expert and assist ASICS global replatforming efforts to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The successful candidate will bring eCommerce industry awareness, passion for new and emerging consumer experiences and a customer centric approach to their work. 

In this role you will focus primarily on: 

1. Platform Adoption: in partnership with our training team, you will drive adoption of the platform’s capabilities across ASICS regional teams.

2. eCommerce Storefront Management Operations: you will be responsible for running and ramping up the operations of existing and new sites as ASICS Digital eCommerce migrates ASICS to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. 

3. eCommerce Storefront Management Roadmap. As the Business manager expert, you will be responsible for educating the rest of the product team on what capabilities the platform offers out of box and what customizations are needed 

What You'll Do

Platform Adoption

  • As the platform expert and champion, you will share knowledge of platform functionalities through training materials and content, training related presentations, creation of best practices and leadership in a knowledge community of site operations managers

eCommerce Storefront Management Operations

  • Content Management: you will be responsible for creating migration plans for new rollouts in partnership with the regions and executing content requests
  • Product Information Management (PIM): you will lead the global catalog structure and related (PIM) capabilities in partnership with Associate Product Managers.
  • Production and Platform Issue Resolution: you will troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, and partner with Engineering to flag, monitor and resolve production related issues.

eCommerce Storefront Management Roadmap

  • Define and prioritize eCommerce platform customizations vs existing out of box capabilities .

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 (ideally 7-10) years of experience in eCommerce; retail-industry preferred
  • Required expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Required experience with content management systems
  • Required experience with product information management systems
  • Familiarity of Project Management Ticketing System: JIRA, Confluence, or similar products
  • Knowledge of A/B testing platforms
  • Fluency in eCommerce KPIs and analytics
  • Travel up to 20% of the time
