Product Manager, Analytics

What success looks like in
3 months:
-Learn the design and capabilities of Arcadia’s analytic products
-Gain understanding of the roadmap and vision for products
-Usher projects through SDLC by interfacing with and running product management for engineering sprint teams
-Deconstruction of vision and strategy into actionable requirements
6 months:
-Continued building of relationships across business stakeholders and elicitation of requirements and feedback
-Transparently distribute product development status to leaders within Product Management and business stakeholders
-Equip customer-facing teams with documentation and knowledge to assist in implementation, training, and support
-Aid in roadmap, project, and capacity planning with engineering
12 months:
-Application of your business and technical knowledge to build and maintain product roadmaps and facilitate communication with stakeholders
-Interface with clients to directly collaborate in co-development of new features and products
-Increase market intimacy to identify trends and opportunities to influence strategy and ideation
-Support marketing and sales in the growth and visibility of our products
-Emerge as a subject matter expert in health care analytics
Responsibilities
- Primary owner of product development for health care business intelligence and data visualization products
- Coordinate with our engineering team to oversee effective development of product designs and requirements
- Design products in collaboration with some of the best minds in health care – our leaders in Product Management and across the business
- Be a trusted resource for stakeholders throughout the company in support of customer activities, growth, and adoption
- Build out powerful analytic visualizations and dashboards for our customers
Our ideal candidate will have
- 3-5 years of technical product management experience with a background in designing software for health care enterprises
- Understanding of the sources and contents of health care data with experience in reporting and/or analytic workflows for health care organizations
- Successful track record managing products from feature definition to development and deployment through the SDLC
- Skilled at translating project goals and requirements to business and technical teams with a confirmed understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
- Experience with business intelligence products, like Tableau, MicroStrategy, Qlik, Power BI, etc.
- Hands-on SQL experience (T-SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication abilities to effectively coordinate work and information exchange across disparate groups of individuals and levels of the company
- Knowledge of one or more database technologies, like Oracle, Hadoop, Teradata, Redshift, etc.
- Motivation to build best in class software and advanced analytics with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Enthusiasm to develop cross-functional working relationships across the company
- An immense drive to learn and make a difference in health care
